1. The seller

2. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon shipping confirmation. Prices are in euro, VAT included. We may cancel orders in case of an obvious pricing error or unavailability, with an immediate refund.

3. Payments

We accept credit and debit cards (Stripe) and PayPal. Payment data is handled exclusively by certified providers; we never store card numbers.

4. Shipping and delivery

Times and costs are listed on the Shipping & Returns page. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Withdrawal and warranty

The 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year legal conformity warranty apply, as described on the Returns & Cancellations page.

6. Governing law
