We prepare orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

• Poste Italiane — Standard: €4.90, delivery in 3-5 business days.
• Express courier (BRT): €7.90, delivery in 1-2 business days.
• EU shipping: €12.90, delivery in 3-7 business days.
• Free shipping on orders of €59 or more (Italy).

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no questions asked. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products must be sealed and unused. Write to info@belloracosmetics.com and we'll guide you step by step.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
