Right of withdrawal

Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason.

How to withdraw

• Write to us within 14 days of delivery at info@belloracosmetics.com, quoting your order number.
• Send the products back within 14 days of your notice, sealed and unused.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake.

Exceptions

For hygiene and health-protection reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned (art. 59 of the Consumer Code).

Refunds

We refund the full amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.

Faulty products

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately with a photo: we replace or refund at our expense. The legal conformity warranty is 2 years.
